Special Hunting Seasons

The Yurt at Screwball Ranch and the accompanying facilities were put together as a Big Game hunting camp for use by its current owners.  Special Big Game Hunting Season Rates between late September and mid December are available for weekly rentals.  Location is in Area 52.  Annual season dates are listed at http://wildlife.state.co.us.   Call for available dates and rates.

All rentals begin with arrival on Friday.  Rental includes full use of Yurt at Screwball Ranch, all the associated improvements such as corrals, trails, BLM Access and other services as may be scheduled.  Saddle horses, ATV's and other amenities may be available for rental from other area vendors.  Ask your hosts about these services.

Best effort is made to insure adequate supplies of propane, water, electricity, firewood and other consumables. Renting parties are responsible for leaving the property and all furniture, bedding, appliances, fixtures, plumbing, electrical system, kitchenware, etc. in the same working condition as upon arrival.   Any discrepancy or required maintenance must be reported to the property manager(s) immediately.   Daily housekeeping is not provided. 

Renters are responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the property.  Should any damage or loss go unreported, the renting individual/agency is responsible and will be charged for complete replacement or repair plus a $200.00 service fee.
